Liam Enoc Ramos Irrizarri

Líam Enoc Ramos Irizarry was born on December 24, 2012, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and currently resides in Juncos, Puerto Rico. At 13 years old, he has distinguished himself as a committed and passionate baseball player with a strong foundation both on and off the field.
Líam began playing baseball at the age of five with the Cubs of Gurabo. His love for the sport was inspired by his maternal grandfather and his uncle (godfather), both of whom played baseball for more than twenty years in Puerto Rico’s Double-A league. Through their influence, Líam developed an early appreciation for the discipline, respect, and dedication that baseball requires.
That same year, his stepfather, Raymond Rivera Pórtela, became an important part of his life. Alongside his mother, Damara Irizarry, they have been fundamental pillars in his athletic development, providing constant support, guidance, and encouragement throughout his growth as a player.
On the field, Líam primarily plays shortstop and second base, and he is a switch hitter, batting both right-handed and left-handed. He is known for his leadership qualities, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and unite his teammates, regardless of the challenges faced during competition.
Throughout his journey, Líam has participated in multiple teams and tournaments, gaining valuable experience, discipline, and lifelong friendships. Each coach who has been part of his path has played a significant role in shaping him not only as an athlete, but also as a person.
In 2025, Líam was selected by the Puerto Rico Professional League to represent his country as a member of the Puerto Rico National Team at the Caribbean Series Kids, held in Venezuela. This experience stands as one of the most meaningful milestones of his athletic career.
Baseball has taught Líam essential values such as empathy, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and self-confidence. His goal is to continue developing as an athlete and pursue his dream of becoming a professional baseball player, while giving his best effort toward every goal he sets.
On December 27, 2025, Líam was selected to become part of the K2 Foundation family, marking the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, growth, and purpose, while trusting that God will continue guiding his path.
