Francisco J. Rodríguez Aponte

Francisco Javier Rodríguez Aponte is a 12-year-old baseball player who competes at second base, shortstop, and pitcher. He began playing baseball at the age of five and quickly discovered that, despite trying other sports, baseball was his true passion—even when his mother initially encouraged him to pursue tennis.
Francisco is currently a student at IBAHS, where he balances his academic responsibilities with his commitment to the sport he loves. He values spending quality time with his family and remains focused on his studies while working toward his athletic goals.
His aspiration is to play baseball at the collegiate level and ultimately achieve his dream of becoming a professional baseball player. He draws inspiration from players such as Francisco Lindor, whom he has had the opportunity to meet, and Aaron Judge, whose personal journey motivates him and with whom he feels a strong personal connection.
Beyond athletics, Francisco is a deeply spiritual young man and has served as an altar server at the parish he attends, reflecting his strong values, discipline, and character both on and off the field.
