Carlos Díaz is the founder and CEO of K2 Training, a high-performance athletic center in Puerto Rico focused on athlete development through advanced technology, personalized training, and a culture of excellence. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Miami and experience competing at the highest levels of collegiate baseball, Carlos was signed by the Chicago Cubs in 2016, gaining firsthand insight into the demands of professional sports.
After his professional career, he earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University and completed specialized certifications in AMIT and Graston Technique. His internship at Cressey Sports Performance—one of the world’s leading baseball training facilities—further enhanced his expertise in mobility, corrective exercise, and injury prevention.
Carlos is also the founder of K2 Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides high-level training, academic support, mentorship, and opportunities for young athletes with limited resources.
